PROFESSIONAL INDOOR AIR QUALITY TESTING
All Clear Restoration of Maryland is excited to launch a brand new service to the many we already offer, Indoor Air Quality Testing. We have a Council- Certified, Board Awarded by the American Council for Accredited Certification Microbial Investigator and Microbial Remediation Supervisor 24/7. He is also certified by the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician and an Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician. To add to the knowledge of microbes and other contaminants found in the air, Donny also holds a Paramedic License in the State of Maryland and Pennsylvania as well as being a National Registered Emergency Medical Technician at the Paramedic Level. This gives him the medical side of issues which microbes and other bio-aerosols create. Donny has also been awarded a Pro-Board certification in Hazardous Materials Awareness and Hazardous Materials Operations. We are very excited to have him aboard and as you can see below, this adds many additional services to All Clear Restoration of Maryland. |

BIO-AEROSOL INVESTIGATION |
We perform several different types of bio- aerosol investigations with the majority of them being microbial in nature. To perform these investigations, we implement both air sampling and surface sampling. Surface sampling could include, swab testing, bulk testing, or "tape" testing.
The following are some basic Microbial inspections we perform:
- Mold Screen Inspection- Includes our Microbial Investigator to go out to house and search for "Red Flags" for microbial growth. If there is pertinent reason to believe that microbial growth is present, we will then let the homeowner know that it is recommended that they proceed with laboratory testing.
- Limited Mold Sampling- If a client believes there to be "MOLD" in the home then They can specifically tell us where to assess and where they want to have samples done.
- Intrusive Inspection- These inspections are similar to the "Mold Screen Inspections" out lined above, with the exception of the possibility that there is a need to go inside the walls to inspect. In other words it becomes "Intrusive".
- Mold Clearance Testing- This testings is performed after remediation of the area is completed and gives the basis for how successful the remediation was.

All Clear Restoration of Maryland also produces detailed reports of the investigation and the testing which include:
- Initial findings on the prelimainary visit which is also known as a microbial field assessment form.
- Data from an indoor air quality questionaire which has the occupant list any symptoms they might have recently noticed.
- Infra red thermography, if indicated, showing possible water problems.
- Labratory testing results which are sent out to a third party lab EMLab P&K A TestAmerican Company.
- If applicable, a clearance letter stating that the remediation has been sucessful.
